Born and raised in Hong Kong, I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in nutrition, then decided to make Honolulu my new home. In 2003 I met my husband, Charles Boyer, at an Aikido Seminar and I have been practicing aikido here at Lokahi Ki ever since. I now hold the rank of Shodan in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido. You can find me teaching the children’s class here at Lokahi Ki. I am a Flight Attendant with Continental Airlines and operate my own Personal Chef business here in Honolulu.

In 2000 I began studying Ki-Aikido with Clayton Naluai Sensei here at Lokahi Ki.  I earned the rank of Shodan in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido in 2005 and have been an assistant instructor since 2004.  Currently I teach two adult and children’s classes a week at our satellite dojo in Waipio and assist Naluai Sensei at the Wednesday morning class in Makiki.  I teach in the public school system and work as a marketing executive with an international Wellness Company.
